This past year, I nearly died. Twice. While fighting kidney failure and facing three near-death experiences, I was building what would become Saint Maré—a premium menswear brand inspired by survival, resilience, and the relentless force of the ocean.

From IT Sales to Sustainable Fashion: A Journey Through Adversity

I lost my ability to work a traditional career in IT sales. But in the hospital, hooked up to a dialysis machine, something unexpected happened. The entire vision came to me in dreams: the brand name, the military-inspired fashion aesthetic, the commitment to Portuguese craftsmanship and organic cotton. It felt like a sign I couldn't ignore.
